I started the South Beach diet today...seems pretty healthy...having trouble with no caffeine though. And of course I miss my Stella's already! But the first phase is only two weeks and it says you can lose up to 14 pounds. We'll see.

Crazy kid. I could never do that - there's no way I could go without fruit/veggies and milk products for two weeks! They are my staples! Good luck to you though! Let me know if it works for ya.

Actually you can eat all vegetables except for corn, beets and carrots for the first two weeks AND they have just allowed skim milk for the first two weeks which they didn't before...so it's basically just fruit except for tomatoes...not bad.
