I'm going to put together a compilation of poems I have written while in the grips of p.m.s.
They are pure suicidal/homicidal magic.
Par example there's this little gem:
Running out of faith, time and strength
My legacy is that of a troubled mind
The aching is constant now
I can't reach out
To most I am too sensitive, weak, dramatic
Sorrow, fear and joy have always been intense
Sounds are loud, colours vibrant, and darkness black
Now I am going to microwave my bean bag thingie and take some advil.

you could also try taking evening primrose oil. it's good for dry skin too. i used to get killer pms. and it doesn't take the pain/issues away, but it takes the edge off. like valium, but non-habit forming and family-ostracizing.

Chocolate Binsk ... Chocolate and beer and that bean bag thing but i don't see how a game of toss-across is going to help with PMS. I will never understand you girly-type creatures.
I hear ya. I tend to opt for a 'midol sandwhich' which is really 2 ES Midol with a chaser of 2 Advil. Makes things tingly but it works.
The bean bag thingy is an added bonus.
I agree with zona boy. Not totally with Mr. Gunn though, as candy is dandy but liquor is quicker.
