HKD - You and me both, it's my favourite thing to do after a couple of Stella's. It used to be phoning people and saying stupid stuff so I think I'm happier with the blogging thing because I can get up in the morning and delete stuff!

Howdy! You can blog whatever you like dear - just know I'll always read it. But promise to steer clear of tech talk or what's inside your computer, or your recipe for completing Tomb Raider or whatever.
Apparently this Lindsay chick doesn't want anyone to blog about anything. Many people use their blogs as some kind of journal of sorts - it's just in a format that happens to be posted on the internet. Obviously, people writing in their journal are bound to talk about what they did that day, or, god forbid, the night before. Thinking that they wouldn't talk about themselves, or anything else otherwise relating to them (pretty much most of that list) is just plain stupid. I'm not really saying this to defend myself (or anyone else really, this isn't any kind of defense...plus, I don't feel the need to defend myself), I just think that list was pretty pompous and close-minded. I think people can (and they do) blog about whatever they feel like - it's up to you, as the reader, to decide if you want to read it or not. I guess Lindsay just can't accept that other people might have friends and a real life (other than their online existence) to write about in their blogs. Maybe she's jealous.
Busty Wilde - You are right, Lindsay's rules are ridiculous...even though she did say she was guilty of a lot of them herself. Yes I want to play tetherball but I have no idea how? Is that bad?
Of course it's bad! Hehe, just kidding. I think every elementary school here has a tetherball pole - the point of the game is basically to hit the ball one way until the cord wraps all the way around the pole. It's very mentally engaging.

I'm guilty of all the drunk ones, and going on hiatus. Didn't know that was such a common term...
I will now make it my mission to never do anything on that list, until that also goes on the list.
