I recieved my first comment on my new blog today...thanks Mark! He said that he thought this blogging could be therapeutic for me, and I think he's right. I'm starting to realize that I am a little (maybe a lot) sensitive to sounds and people around me which can cause me to be a little on edge at times. Now the question is how to deal with it!
